We offer two great spaces for community events! 

Upstairs -  48 ft by 38 ft. This is a great area for birthdays, weddings or private events that can accommodate 176 standing or 150 sitting. The space has a hardwood floor, access to a bar and commercial kitchen, multiple washrooms, wheelchair accessible, heated and cooled with heat pumps.

Downstairs - 28 ft x 22 ft. With its own entrance, this space is suitable for smaller groups of up to 50, equipped with whiteboard and pull down projector screen. An ideal space for meetings. One washroom. Wheelchair accessible. Heated and cooled by heat pump.

  • $25/hour Monday - Thursday
  • $30/hour Friday, Saturday & Sunday 
  • Min # of hours required for birthday parties, showers, etc, to allow for set-up and clean-up. Example - a 2 hour party requires a 3 hour rental (half hour before and after).
  • $400 flat fee for weddings, banquets and major events - this includes planning time, set-up, tear-down. There is also a $150 refundable damage deposit for major events. Speak to our booking coordinator for full details.

Liquor Sales

Renter is responsible for securing a liquor license for their events.
Bar and bartender is supplied by PLCSA:
up to 74 people, 1 bartender, $75 for up to 5 hours, $15 each additional hour
75+ people, 2 bartenders, $100 for up to 5 hours, $20 for each additional hour
